Neighbor is in my old high school.  For HomeComming, each class builds a flower float. 

Each float follows a theme.   I helped last year, it was Captain America.  have to find pics of that. 

This year was Theme parks.  They had Hershey Park.  The kids decided they wanted the caracal to spin and something on the back board to spin.
